Born and raised on the Oregon coast, Chef Charlie Branford, is a former Marine and graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Portland (WCI), Oregon.
With 18 years industry experience, Charlie is perhaps best known for his long standing role as the Executive Chef for Local Ocean Seafoods (2006-2014) in Newport Oregon. He was also honored (let's be real folks - he was pretty darn chuffed!) to be included in the inaugural edition of Best Chefs of America 2013-14, a publication featuring premier chefs that have been nominated and recommended by their peers in the culinary field.
